A STUDY SHOWS FLOWER ESSENCES MORE EFFECTIVE THAN DRUGS FOR STRESS-RELATED SYMPTOMS
Did you know that flower essence therapy has been part of the national health program in Cuba since 1999?
A study published in the Military Medical Journal in Cuba in 2006, shows that flower essences are double as effective compared to prescription drugs, when it comes to treating stress-related symptoms.
Fifty patients from the military, men and women, were treated for a period of sixty days. Half of the patients were treated with flower essences like Chamomilla, Lavander and other remedies, while the other half were treated with common prescription drugs of the benzodiazepine family.
The symptoms treated ranged from: depression, to insomnia, obsessive behaviour. The results clearly show the efficacy of flower remedies, compared to pharmaceutical drugs.
Patients were selected from the Cuban military because they clearly have a high incidence of stress-related symptoms. This makes the results even more significant.
