A CASE OF TRACHEAL STENOSIS

Tracheal stenosis is a narrowing of the trachea that causes breathing problems. It can develop when scar tissue forms in a person’s trachea due to prolonged intubation — when a breathing tube is inserted into the trachea to help maintain breathing during a medical procedure.
It is a chronic condition that is usually treated with periodical surgery to enlarge the tracheal tube.
The symptoms are very similar to asthma, which sometimes makes this condition hard to diagnose and life threatening, as the asthma treatment does nothing to alleviate the breathing problems.
Fortunately, it is not a very common condition. The one case I have is of a lady who initially came to me about her autistic son. During the consultation I noticed that her breathing was heavy and she was wheezing a bit.
She could not sleep lying down, she had to be almost sitting up. Her son’s condition was obviously a big source of stress, which made her symtpoms worse. She is a very chatty lady, talks very fast. Could not stand tight clothing and definitely nothing around her neck.
I found that the remedy Lachesis improved the symptoms very much.
