It’s barely lunchtime and I have been answering emails and messages since this morning from different people-but all about anxiety!
Is the Universe trying to tell me something?
Anxiety is of course a chronic condition and needs to be addressed and treated by a homeopath and it can be a long process too, depending on how deeply rooted it is.
However, anxiety also comes “waves”. One minute, we are fine and the next the heart is pounding in our chest, sweat pouring out every pore, can’t breath… we are having an anxiety attack!
Before I continue, let me clarify the difference between “anxiety attack” and “panic attack”:
So, what can we do to make sure we are not overwhelmed by the next “wave” of anxiety coming our way?
