HOMEOPATHIC MUSHROOMS AND THEIR HEALTH PROPERTIES

Yes, those ones!

The botanic name is psilocybe cubensis, Psilocybin is the main ingredient found in several types of psychoactive mushrooms, making it perhaps the best-known naturally-occurring psychedelic drug.

COMMON EFFECTS OF SHROOMS

Historically, people have taken these mushrooms to connect with the “Other side” for thousands of years, the spirit world of whatever you want to call it. Shamanism typically includes some natural substance like mushrooms or other plants, as a medium to reach a different plane of consciousness.

Whatever your feelings or beliefs around the purpose of taking these mushrooms, as a pure observer, what kind of effects do we see?

It is important to note that the effects vary in degree depending on the dosage and I am not here to advise on that, as I have no knowledge or experience of it and I am not advocating you try this at home, either. However, in general, here is what you can expect:

Euphoria, mild to moderate. Colours appearing more intense or glowing, moving or distorted surfaces, the feeling of looking at the world in HD, a creativity boost, and considerable conversational fluidity. Your sense of time will be altered, passing either more quickly or more slowly. Also, on a physical level, you will experience a moderate body high, maybe with mild nausea and some sweating.

With higher dosage you can go into full “tripping” and that is when reality leaves the building and hallucinations occur, which can be a positive or negative experience, depending on the subject.

MEDICAL RESEARCH

Johns Hopkins University has done extensive research on the health properties of these mushrooms and has concluded that, under strict medical control, the active ingredient of the mushrooms can help in conditions like depression, bipolar, insomnia and other psychiatric conditions.

This is really exciting news, as we are in an age where medical science is finally catching up with Natural Medicine, recognising that all natural poisons can also be medicine; something our ancestors knew very well: the ancient Greek word Pharmakon meant both medicine and poison. Medical researchers are even talking about “Micro-dosing” being more beneficial than regular doses. Sounds a bit like homeopathy, doesn’t it? Well, better late than never, that’s what I say…

THE HOMEOPATHIC REMEDY

Is there a homeopathic remedy made from magic mushrooms?

Yes, there is: Psilocybe Semilanceata.

The main thing about this remedy is the delusions of being under “superhuman control”, sometimes good and sometimes evil.

There are  many other remedies with this rubric: Thuja and Anacardium for one but also Cannabis Indica.

In one of my cases, this remedy has been crucial for the patient’s mental health, after various anti-depressants and ADHD medication had failed to bring relief from paranoia and intrusive thoughts that significantly affected daily life.

Homeopathic mushroom remedies are still the safest option, compared to the real thing. Of course, please do not DIY, if you need any help or advice, you can contact me and schedule a free Assessment Session!
